Notice for Parents regarding Friday, 13^th March and Saturday, 14^th March 2015

Dear Parents,

The school will remain open on Friday, 13^th March and Saturday 14^th March 2015 for all sections. Please follow the timing below:

Timing for Friday, 13^th March 2015- Wednesday’s revised routine will be followed

Play Group and Nursery 1^st shift	8 am to 10 am
Play Group and Nursery 2^nd shift	10:30 am to 12:30 pm
KG I	8 am to 12 pm
KG II	8am to 12:30 pm
Class 1 to 3	7:45 am to 12:05 pm	35 min per class
Class 4 to Class 12	7:45 am to 12:40pm	35 min per class

Timing for Saturday, 14^th March 2015

Normal/ Usual timing following Thursday’s revised routine.

Please also note:

No Clubs and No Bus Service.
Marking class works and tests are confined to only Fridays and Saturdays, so please try to make sure that your child does not miss these days. Parents need to send application for the days missed with a justified reason for absence. Otherwise the student might be penalized.
