Dear Parents,
Seasons greeting to all our valued parents. I am sure you have planned to utilize the 5 day short break from school fruitfully. I take this opportunity to share some highlights of the school activities.
We just had the 1st Parental Consultation for the Senior section on 8th Oct’16. I would like to thank the parents who could join the meeting and talk to the respective Teachers to learn about the performance of the children. School is providing remedial classes to those students who need the extra help after school hours. Many of you have given us constructive suggestions which we have certainly taken into consideration. The Junior section Parental Consultation is coming up shortly.
It gives me immense pleasure to announce that our parents are coming forward to help us in developing different areas of the school. Two of our parents have donated more than 100 saplings to the school so that we can plant them in our school campus. We thank Ms Minu Hamed and Ms. Shamsun Nahar Jolly for their thoughtful contribution.
Aristopharma has kindly agreed to extend their help to upgrade the Chemistry Laboratory of our school. Our heartfelt gratitude to one of our parents, Director of Aristopharma, for his generosity.
We have successfully completed the “TOYs R Urs” drive where we collected a large number of toys and books for the underprivileged children and I thank all the children and their parents to take part in it.
We had many events happening in both the sections like the Creative Writing competition, Maths Quiz, Spellathon. I am proud to say that 120 students got their certificates for achieving the highest marks in the Junior section’s Math Quiz competition. 24 students from the senior section got certificates for this competition too.
Senior students are working very hard to prepare their projects for the upcoming Science Fair. Many students have signed up for the Annual Talent show as well.
