Letter to Parents on new financial query system


Dear Parents,

Hope you have had a pleasant beginning to this New Year and chance to spend time with your family and friends.  As you know, the school has revised the fee structure and the schedule has been shared with all parents on December 22, 2016.  

Queries regarding payment adjustments and other relevant charges (i.e. balance, student waiver, tuition fees, VAT etc.)  are, at present, being placed over phone, to the Accounts officers, and solutions are also being provided during these informal conversations over phone. This may not be the most efficient way of dealing with financial issues as the information is sensitive. Inaccurate information may be exchanged due to the lack of sufficient time provided to the accounts department to review calculations of individual adjustment and balance.

In order to increase the transparency and efficiency of communication between the parent body and the Accounts Department of the School, we would like to request all parents to place queries about financial matters through the Financial Query Form (FQF). Parents may either:

  • choose to download this form by clicking on the FQF form above, fill it out and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • collect and submit filled out forms at the reception desks of either school campuses.

Answers to all queries, related to accounts, will be provided within maximum of three (3) working days. Parents will be able to seek appointments with the Accounts Manager and (or) the Principal through this form.
