Dear Parents,
It has been observed with concern that quite a good number of students come into school late. One of the reasons is the delay caused by the traffic jam at the main road approaching the school. Traffic management becomes difficult at times, since the same road is used by students of three different schools. Under the circumstances and in this difficult situation, we suggest the following:
- Parents should try and send their children a bit early considering the unforeseen delay at the approach road.
- Drivers may be advised not to make more than two lines on the main road. Our security personnel are instructed not to allow any deviation from this rule.
- Drivers and students should be ready with bags etc., so that absolutely minimal time is required at the time of disembarking.
- All drivers should be patient, and cooperate with school staff at all times.
