Dear Parents,
The Board of Trustees of Sir John Wilson School has decided not to collect VAT till further instruction following the order from the Honorable High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. However, if at any time, VAT becomes payable by the decision from NBR, parents will have to pay all the arrear VAT. Again, if any parent wishes to pay the VAT, they may do so, and if eventually VAT is withdrawn, school will refund the collected VAT.

You are requested to submit in writing your 12 digit TIN (Tax Identification Number) to school by 15 Oct 2015. This has been made mandatory by NBR for students of all English Medium Schools effective from 1st July 2015.
