Welcoming spring 2017

“No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow.”

The junior section of SJWS family arranged a “Pitha-Utsob” during the break time to welcome the spring season. Students dressed up in colourful attires and the whole campus looked bright and colourful to welcome the onset of the Spring Season.

Students of Playgroup, Nursery, KG I and KG II had a lovely time sharing traditional Pithas among friends. Thanks to all the parents for sending in enough Pithas with the students to be shared with the whole class. Students were very interested to learn the names of the traditional delicacies of our country.

Students of Class 3 to class 4 brought in Pithas and set up stalls to sell them among all the students and staff. They had great fun in promoting their own stalls as they all knew that they were raising fund to help the underprivileged ones.
