Dear Parents,

Hope this letter finds you all in good health.

We are all very concerned about the current situation of the country. We request the Parents to avoid sending their children to coaching Centres/tutors’ homes in order to minimize the chances of contamination from the disease. We all need to be vigilant in this situation. If the situation does not get better for the students to attend school, we will be uploading Study packs on the school website for the students to do at home after the Spring Holidays. We urge parents to help us in this regards by creating a specific routine for the children to complete the set works and to check the study packs with the help of the Answer scheme that will be provided with the study packs. Starting an "Online Class" programme is still under process. Fortunately for the Senior Section we were almost done with our syllabus and we were going to start our Revision Week from Mid March. As we have already uploaded the revised Final Exam syllabus for classes 5 to 9 on the school website, students can engage themselves in doing the revision work according to the Study pack we will be sending after the Spring Break.

Meanwhile from school we are utilizing the fund that has been raised by the students for Spellathon, to create an Essential Hygiene Kit for our Support staff and street Vendors, daily Labourer, Rickshaw- pullers in order to help the community around us. We are very thankful to Unimart and SKF for helping us to put the kit together. All our support staff have also received a certain amount from school to make sure they have some extra bit of cash to buy essential food supplies.

The current situation has created panic amongst us but we all should stand together in following the guidelines as suggested by the Government bodies and the World Health Organisation.

We look forward to fighting this disease together.

Please stay safe and healthy.
