1st English Creative Writing Competition Results 2023-2024

We are thrilled to announce the success of the 1st English Creative Writing Competition that unfolded on October 5, 2023, for the Senior Section encompassing students from Class 5 to 10. The competition aimed to ignite the flames of creativity among our students, providing them with the perfect platform to unleash their imagination.

The chosen genre for this literary endeavour was fiction, offering students the chance to delve into themes such as treasure hunts, mystery, parallel universes, and more. The themes were carefully curated to inspire diverse and innovative storytelling. The result was nothing short of spectacular, as students passionately penned down their thoughts, allowing their creativity to soar to new heights. The essays produced during the competition not only demonstrated an impressive grasp of language but also exhibited an excellent understanding of the purpose behind their narratives.

In the true spirit of healthy competition, winners were selected in the first, second, and third categories from each section. Although only a few emerged as the ultimate victors, it is important to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of every Wilsoner who participated. Each student added a valuable brushstroke to the vibrant canvas of our school's literary culture.

To recognise the achievements of the winners, certificates will be awarded to them. We extend our heartiest congratulations to all the participants for their commendable efforts and to the winners for their exceptional storytelling prowess.
