Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that Admission Forms for Playgroup (2019-2020) will be available at the Main School Campus (United City, Satarkul, Dhaka 1212) and also at Gulshan 2 Campus (Road- 77, House-5) on the following dates:

If you are interested in admitting your child/children in Playgroup for the Academic Year 2019 – 2020, please buy the Admission Forms within the dates and time mentioned above.

Please note:

1. Required age range for Playgroup Admission 2019-2020: Child born between 1^st July 2015 and 30^th June 2016. School may cancel a form if the required age range does not match.
2. A photocopy of child’s Birth Certificate or Passport is required to determine the age range, if someone else collects the form on your behalf.
3. Present parents of the school are requested to bring the current student’s Security Card during collection of the form.
4. Form charge is Taka 600 and is non-refundable. Please bring exact Taka 600.
5. A separate date will be given to submit the form. Please note that Form Serial Number will be given only at the time of submission of the forms.
6. For any sudden or officially declared closure, the form distribution will take place on the next working day (Sunday to Thursday). Venue and time will remain same as mentioned above.
