In Solidarity with the Climate Change Movement 


On Monday, September 23, 2019, students of Sir John Wilson School participated in the Global Climate Change Movement organised by ActionAid Bangladesh. To show solidarity with the pressing issue of global climate change, selected students stood with banners and placards demanding climate justice to save nature for the future generations.

In the peaceful and organized demonstration, students displayed their consensus to protect mother earth with slogans like: “Staying alive, staying alive, under one point five”; “What do we want? Climate justice! When do we want it? Now!”


This very unique movement, started by Greta Thunberg, a 16 year old Swedish Student in 2018 is now a movement of the mass.Sir John Wilson School extends full support to the Global Climate Change Movement along with the rest of the world!
