1st March 2016

Dear Parents of Class 10,

Please note that the 2nd Mock Exams for Class 10 have been scheduled to begin on 13th March and end on 28th March 2016. Students of Class 10 will get a study leave of seven days starting from 6th March 2016. Any student wanting to take a retest for missed Marking Classworks and Class tests can come during the study leave week to take the makeup. They will have to follow the timings in their routines for the particular day, and teachers will be available as per the routine. Please make sure you wear your school uniform.

All classes are suspended during mock exams. The Mock Exam routine is given for your convenience. Please note the date and time for each exam and ensure your child’s arrival at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Students arriving late will not get any extra time. Please call The Exam Coordinator on 01950932331 to confirm you have accessed the routine

The exam routine is scheduled as Day One, Day Two and so on. The exam schedule will follow a chronological order. This is done to avoid confusion among the students in case of urgent closure of the school due to unavoidable circumstances. If the school is closed on any of the exam day, then the paper for that day will be carried on to the next day. For example, if there is a closure on Monday, 14/03/16 (Day Two) then the paper of this day will be held on Tuesday 15/03/16 as Day Two and NOT Day Three, and the next exam date will become Day Three and so on. We will publish the day on the website.

A valid international passport is required for entry to the exam. The passport should be valid till 31st December 2016. If students fail to bring their passport, 15mins will be deducted from their exam time for that day.

The Script checking for the mock papers will be held on 3rd April 2016.

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact the school office.

Thank you

Exam Coordinator
